New Beginnings

This class, led by Jonathan Tolbert and Jonathan Mallard, is for new church members and/or new Christians.

Friends of Jesus Bible Class

"HEAVEN & HELL" - As Christians we do believe we're going to heaven to be with Christ when God calls us "home." What I want to do in our study is to challenge us Spiritually, and intellectually in order for us to have assurance of our afterlife. We're not going to glaze over important questions that pertain to heaven and hell. This will not be a fluff piece telling us what we already know. I may even play the devil's advocate at times (no pun intended) in order to challenge our preconceived ideas of what happens when we die. I even might ask some difficult questions to make us think beyond the "box." I won't have the books by Sunday, but it will be more of an introduction to our subject, and even with the book, I will use handouts that will increase our thought process. Please bring yourself, family, acquaintances, friends, neighbors, enemies and anyone you can think of. This is a time when we can show our church and our God how serious we are about making an impact for Christ.

Faith Builders Sunday School Class

This class, led by Eric Scott, is in a full length study of the book of acts. The class meets downstairs in the room adjacent to the Fellowship Hall. Please come and join!

Sisters Bible Study - "Wising Up, Applying the Wisdom of Proverbs to Daily Life" - This study on Proverbs will examine the wisdom contained in these ancient proverbs and their application for daily life. Throughout Proverbs, the basic theological idea expressed is that actions have consequences, both for the individual and also for society. The choices one makes and the way one chooses to conduct one's life are therefore of utmost importance. The class meets in the new addition of the old sanctuary. "For Men Only"

This class is led by Brad Demonbreun, a certified lay speaker. This class is studying the book of James and how it relates to the current world. For more information, contact Brad at demonbreun403@comcast.net.

Fellowship Class

This class is currently finishing their summer series with the Book of Ruth. The fall series will be on Proverbs, Ecclesiastes, the Song of Solomon, Esther, and Matthew. The format of the class is open discussion. Galen Medlin and James Keeton alternate months teaching the class. If you love to study and discuss the Bible, this class is for you!
