Ministries

At LaVergne First United Methodist Church, we offer a variety of ministry opportunities for every age and stage of life.  Along with regular Sunday school, we have God's Warriors for the Kindergarten through 3rd graders, Pre-Teen Spirits for the 4th through 6th graders, and Youth for 7th through 12th grade.  We have the 55 Alive group for the seniors.  We have the Heartwarmer's (knitting and crocheting) group that meets each month.  We also have a Food Pantry located in our church for anyone in need in the community.  Our Choir is a vital part of the ministry at LaVergne.  Our United Methodist Men and United Methodist Women - Women in Action groups are active and meet monthly.  Please take a moment to check out the opportunities that LaVergne Methodist has to offer.
